More layoffs at RH in 2018, Warehouse closures, VP's let go, other management just a year at RH also let go... Cleaning house no matter how long you have been at RH, good and not so good people, no sense except for, again, cleaning house.

Large layoff at the Costa mesa stores, Again no raises, but Our wonderful CEO spends mega dollars opening these Mega Galleries. As the other stores suffer to make up the difference. I don't see the Store leaders bringing in more money. Its All Greed...Hope all had a very Merry Christmas with no pay in Hand....

Man did you get the title right on the money here (i.e., "Big Layoff at RH - After extremely bad decisions from the CEO, RH is in a downward spiral. Expect up to 300 layoffs today"). After an internal memo (in all caps) went public, we now know that he ordered all of his associates to "do whatever it takes" to "Delight the Client", and apparently his people did just that. Now it's the people who did exactly as they were told, that are paying the price for the CEO's 'extremely bad' decisions ...with their family's livelihood. Considering that -- in his public statements this month -- he said he would make up for $20M of the recent losses through "streamlining", and that RH pay is notoriously for low pay, I did a quick calculation of how many layoffs will be required, (at $30K per position). Ironically, when I entered my data and hit the equal sign on my calculator, the number came up as 666.666666 -- how apropos.

CEO blames poor sales on stock drop. Then admits that no spring-summer items were ordered. No wonder sales were down. They are going to concentrate on fall!!! Are they stupid or what. Maybe brilliant? Trash the stock price so you can make 300% again!!! I see everyone knew when to sell out!!!
