You should file asap. EDD will decide when your benefits start, and there's always a week wait.
But when I try to file (in OR), it shows "FOR THE WEEK ENDING MAY 28th". Since we got paid until May 31st, we should not file this time, right? Please answer. Thanks
The UI online enrollment (in AZ) asks details about the severance package. I don't know exactly what I am going to get. I could estimate but I might be off. It also asks for last pay rate so it would be easy for the online system to estimate that the package equals X amount of weeks so UI might not be paid until X amount is consumed. Has anybody actually registered? Everybody I hear commenting does not mention anything about the severance package questions
File ASAP. If u file now u lose this week, if u file next week u lost this see as well as the next week as it counts the first week from ur date of filing
must file immediate to avoid losing another week as ISPs are eligible to apply frm 31st May..
