CommScope is one of the worst emotionally detached company to work for when it comes to lay off. Typical Use & Throw attitude. Very unprofessional staff back in Richardson based Engineering Team. Dirty internal politics kicking out good guys out from the team, however, surviving few dumb folks just due to their social connections with higher management. Even though I came from TE Connectivity, I saw that other engineer who was equally good and worked for CommScope DCCS directly for 5 years was shown the exit door. CommScope seriously is down-heading. Severe manipulation in yearly performance review to help dumb folks and push good folks.
