They use people and under pay. Their upper management do not even know how to build the jobs so they are dependent on the word of department leads as to what is right or wrong even if its not true, because they do not know the difference. They keep the employees hungry and unable to support their families without lots of overtime. You sacrifice your life and family when things are good. If its not good your home with your family but cant buy food. There are years without raises. They release the amount of bonuses the sales people get when the shop gets 50. The quality of the product have suffered. Customers do not trust them anymore.

That true the company is only worry about keeping money in the shareholder pockets. Don't care about the employees.
