Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

ERP/VSP to ISP .. DOES NOT ..mean lawsuits

If you are ISPed due to your project cancellation .. it has no co-relation to ERP or VSP being converted to ISP. The organization has no need for you.

Some naive person in previous post claiming to have contact with HR at a graduation party is full of crap or a troll.

Intel is not so stupid and have already verified all angels with their legal team on getting rid of the people they want to rid. There are many ways to make a VSP/ERP into a ISP.

Don't be fools by waiting for ISP....... foregoing VSP/ERP

What would you do then? If Intel ever messed with you?

No, my attorney is not in contact with Intel VP.

I made an enquiry about Intel being able to convert ERP or VSP.... to ISP. I am not passing any Intel info. I am only counteracting the statements in previous post which said Intel will have lawsuits.

I do not have ERP, VSP or ISP but if Intel ever messed with me..

Does your attorney have connections with HR VP then?

Those down below in the corporate hierarchy food chain do not know.

Even directors have very little knowledge of what is being decided.

VPs do know.

Unless you spoke to a HR VP, you do not know.

I brought it up with my Employment Attorney whom I retained and have been in contact with since 2015 because Intel can not be trusted.

Well, at least the person you mentioned was referring to talking to his HR buddy during the party. OP, are you HR too? Where does your info come from?

Anyone seem. any Cobra paperwork yet? 4 wks now and nothing from HR on Cobra with last day of Intel medical tomorrow. With Intel so late on everything else so far, worried about how to tell if they pay the next 6 months of Cobra on time so we all don't lose our insurance. Not just idle concern with recent major surgery a few months ago and follow up dr appts.

And forgoing any rights by signing the release form.

Equivalent to contracts seen at the end of litigation.

Being ISPed due to your project cancellation is very different from being IPSed because of performance issues. In first case you can be rehired immediately, in the second - you can never be rehired again.
