many people records are being modified as sacked /terminated internally.

Watch for these indications.

U resigned - HR says u pay money and take immediate release

U refuse to pay money and HR comes back saying u will be given release on one day to one week.

In the back ground HR manipulates system that u are being sacked.

No exit interview done and ur concerns and issues not recorded and Peoplesoft clearance is fastracked.

Beware this is being done deliberately to spoil careers especially of non local employees.

Just dont accept early release and demand 3 months gross pay if they want to release early.

Don''t yield to discussion with the cunning HR and de'mand every thing they are offering in writing and keep a copy of all the emails.

A new forum is being formed to share details of corrupt and unscrupulous HR employees and practices across all Indian IT industry. Soon this type of HR folks will identified named and shamed. Such situation will be created that they will not be able to find work and will be identified as dubious even in the housing societies they live in and the schools their children attend.

This is a company where everything matters for what customer doesn't want to pay and for which customer pays are irrelevant...there is no performance based system. Only system is you got to be on good book of managers...
