These restrooms are amazing. I can dookie for hours while getting paid and I can still get a 4G lte connection. We are still kicking after the layoffs, and we will continue to do so. Management talk about Nfl, Nba, and hunting. Its okay, I dont care as long as they give us our paychecks. Now then, back to my dookie.
The Five Roles of a Supervisor.1 Educator,{ review upcoming jobs, when employees and team members are new, supervisors are supposed to help, but is hard when a janitor knows more than supervisors.} 2 Sponsors,{ helping employees to complete a job or an action plan, the only help you get from supervisors is to help you screw your wife}3 Coach{ he supposed to ask 3 questions, how do you think the team is doing? how can thing can improve, and how are you doing? do he ever do that? no he want you to know that all the women's at dump -quip belong to him} 4 Counsel{ one of your employees is habitually 15/20 min, late, and provides no explanation for the behavior, you should counsel him/her, seeking ownership of the issue, and hopefully avoid any further action}5 DIRECTOR {unfortunately the employee mention continues to be late, you should have a meeting with the employee clearly outlining the problem, the desired result, and the consequences of not correcting the problem,} tell me when this supervisors have done their job, how many times jobs sit on the shop floor and they don't know what to do, shame on dump-quip for hiring incompetent morons to run a corporation that due to their action are going down and who pays first?, the people getting layoff, the ones that do the work instead of putting new supervisors and correct the problems, but nothing will be done until the little sack of potatoes pass away or gets kick out, then it will be a good place to work.
nobody in the right mind would want to be in those restrooms for more than 5 min, it's disgusting inside, here is a big corporation that can't afford to get decent restrooms, tell the little sack of potatoes to go take a sh-- in those toilets see if he will do, this place is disgusting, like the lady say it looks good from outside but inside it operates like a prison, it's true, can't wait for dump-quip to go out of business, it will be the greatest day for people who suffer working and got humiliated there.
NO more layoffs. I'll take a dookie in the restroom for 9hrs and 30 mins and eat lunch the other 30. There's nothing you can do about it.
please if by any chance the situation leaves the supervisors with no job, please someone post it, let us know , so we can celebrate and drink champagne, and thank god.
