Actually I worked for Boeing Precision Gear before Derlan took over and then eventually became Northstar Aerospace. Whoever wrote this to somehow point the finger at one person is too blind and too stupid to see everyone there is to blame. The company should have made an effort to machine parts in less operations in addition to not scrapping them out so carelessly. You along with everyone there being the company are all to blame. Did this one person you blame point the finger at all of you?
