There's something very wrong with the Sr. Director of Student Finance being best friends with a Director and a Planner who is that Director's direct report. Hmmmm...... let that soak up.

They are directors it's all about who you know. No need for interviews nor a standard ethical hiring process
There are no directors any longer. They were either laid off or demoted to managers.
Unfortunately this is the CCI/ZEG way. This is not an isolated situation. If you can't beat them join them.
