Yes, Russia is impacted. The announced that Novosibirsk site would be closed by the end of the year (it is relatively small, about 130 ees), Moscow site to be closed (around 320 ees) but some BUs are fighting to remain in Moscow, plus some project based or performance based lay offs in Nizhniy Novgorod are likely.-
It is wise to ask question if you don't know. Pune India is affected.
