Trying to figure out how they will reach 12K especially sounds so many sites seem to be offering relocation. Sounds like project cancellations going to have to be big. Another ISP in 2017? Thoughts?

12k number will increase in 2017 and 18.

Well, if 12k was reached by 2017 and more layoffs was implemented, then somebody will need to answer to wall street. the stock will tank.
There will be ISPs in 2017 whether 12000 is reached this year or not.
Yahoo finance had an article that said intel's mobile effort was 1B loss every quarter.....
That has got to be way more than just 4K...
IMC might be taken off the books. 4k
