Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

A co-worker said total number of IR+ssl 4/5 is more than 4K but they are only going to layoff 3.5 k. Is that true?

So some of ssl4 will be excluded?

The people who recently came from MFE excluded this round

and ppl who already left upon receiving IR at Focal got the buyout immediately

The rest must be URMs. They need to protect these special species.

And those in countries where they aren't able to do performance based layoffs.
