The focal this year was a complete sham. Imagine those cowardly managers who KNEW this was coming but we're all afraid to challenge the illegality and unjustness. I hope they are tortured by immoral decisions that they now have to live with. They may have been friends before but never again! Good luck to those who stayed behind to be tormented within this new system.
