Stick a fork in it. It's DONE folks. The only reason it's gone on this long is that Staples had amassed a huge war-chest of $$$$ up to 2008. That largesse is long gone and they have been on a ventilator for many months now. The banks know it and are NOT happy. OD is in worse shape, if that is even possible.

A corporate Kool-Aid drinker would not admit Staples uses immoral and illegal tactics.

Ron would be named a demi god of virtue for running such a great company and employing so many people. Those that get their heart ripped out are faithless pagans in the eyes of the church of Sargent and deserve their fate. Sacrifices must be made to achieve the sacred CEO bonus.

So, it is basically like having an ex that drained your bank accounts, maxed out your cards, cheated on you and berated you on a daily basis, then they kicked you out of the house. Do you stalk them, sending gifts and notes of apology asking them to take you back? Hold a grudge and picket their house and post nasty things on social media? Or embrace your new found freedom and move on?

Who am I kidding....I would go to the meeting with a dozen rotten eggs to hurl at Ron.

What's this nonsense? What are you protesting? We all know Staples uses immoral and sometimes illegal tactics in order to benefit a very few at the top, and that has a horrific effect on the rest of its workforce, but this small showing of disagreement will get you nowhere. Unburden yourself of the anger and disappointment you carry for this company. I know there are many companies like this and they do hurt a lot of people, but these "protestive" actions are more painful to the ones protesting than to the monsters they're trying to shame and destroy.

Unburden yourself from this by putting all your effort and passion on starting your own small business that is founded in strong moral values and respect to your employees and the people you're serving. Relieve yourself from this by spending time with your family and teaching your children great values that will make them righteous leaders in the future. Spend your time in building your profession into something you are proud of and find happiness in.

I don't find that these protests ever accomplish what they are set out to accomplish and I believe that the people who end up getting hurt again are the protestors who have good intentions. I may be wrong about this, and correct me if you believe I'm wrong, but I believe that your time is worth so much more than giving it to Staples any longer. Let them burn in hell and give that time to yourself and your family instead. I think thats how you can truly change things and right the wrongs of this sometimes unfair corporations.
