Laid off mid march and i still haven't been able to find work as a consultant. what is going on out there? Are other big firms hiring? not hiring experienced consultant? Why am i not getting call backs? too many consultants laid off at one time creating an overflow?
I am so frustrated. what the hell is going on? Answers welcome.
Consulting is finicky, it depends on your geography, level, skills, fiscal quarter, macro economic trends, etc. I'd hit all the big ones, if you have any niche skills, check out the leaders in that segment.
