Arizona doesn't require businesses to cash out vacation but it allows companies to establish it's own policies if they want to. Intel follows state laws so no, you won't get vacation cashed out. Yay corporate freedom.

I had ISP and was told sabbatical wil be paid, 8 weeks of pay.
I got ISP in AZ and asked about vacation. They said you are getting paid through May. So no cash out for vacation.
same with Pa and vacation time right?
