To see a yogurt company CEO (He is Turkish I believe), personally give out 10% stock of his pre-IPO company, and more importantly, share it on his own, in an open manner is an eye opener. It's not always about money, or stock .. we want to feel appreciated, and assessed fair and square.
I confess I never batted an eyelid when others were hit, or 'disappeared', esp. when you compose an email, and the person no longer exists in the GAL... I wish otherwise that I had reached out, offered some support.
