I spent my time counting down the days till i could get out. The environment is unbearable. The competent hard workers are just treated like work horses and have to do the work of the people who cant do anything. Operation services has inexperienced management with zero people skills. Operation services Management enjoys degrading the employees. I have never seen anyone talk and disrespect employees more then with this company. Shame on you for allowing it.
