you are wasting your time. I did the ODI last year and it was a complete waste of time. Basically there is no way in hell the manager will admit in making a mistake and change your SSL, unless you have a case like harassment, discrimination, etc

Are you appealing because you are part of the ISP? It's a different process if you are part of the ISP. Your appeal will go to a committee to be reviewed. I suggest you have compelling reasons why you didn't earn the SSL you received. Provide support, documentation or notes taken from conversations over the year.
If you are in general unhappy with your SSL the process is through your management chain. What's important is to understand the reasons the manager gave you for the SSL you received.
Nope. At this point, escalating thru the management chain is useless. They can do nothing.
Altho, escalating simply to have the written documentation is not a horrible idea.
You will need to go thru the ISP process meeting and appeal after the fact.
It is cheaper to hire H1B than employ Americans.
This is not by accident. Obama use American Manufacturing as a platform and Intel was center stage.
Now that Obama is leaving the tax incentives to keep jobs in the US for Intel is gone.
