some people say 6mo + $9k or 1yr
some say 3m0 cobra.
Is it also based on LOS ? if so, how much for 18yrs?

I was offered 6 mo +$9K or a year. I don't think it's LOS-based, though I was here 20 years
Depends on if you sign the so -called "agreement" - promising not to sue intel. If you don't, it's 3 mo of cobra. But if you do, there will be a choice between 6 mo of cobra + 9k OR 12 mo of cobra.
ISP = 6 weeks and 3 months cobra
VSP = 8 weeks + "time served" and 6 months cobra +$9k or 1 year cobra
16-18 years of "time served" is 32 weeks in addition
It appears to be dependent upon which state you live in.
