If you are a non-exempt employee all accrued vacation and PA will be paid out. Exempt employees do not accrue vacation and it is not required to be paid out by the state of Oregon. If you are sabbatical eligible it will also be paid out @h7N2D4Y-bjk is giving bad information. You are getting paid through the end of May before your separation package kicks in so I guess you can consider the next 5 weeks paid vacation?

In AZ, non-exempts received cash out for unused vacation, but exempts lost vacation and received nothing.
Correction=Will not be paid
No, no vacation will be paid unless you're from ca or ma where state law requires company to pay. Even sabbatical, you will lose it too if you happened to not take it at the time of separation.
ask your manager or HR. State law drives what is paid. I think only CA requires payment for vacation, but the severance (if the internet reports are true) far exceeds this.
