Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Are the SSL ratings used only for exempt employees? I'm non-exempt, and although I've heard of these ratings I'm not familiar with them.

DupontGoingByBy is incorrect; non-exempts DO get SSLs. I'm an SNE, S and SSL3 past 3 years...no notification yet...

Non-exempt do not get stock levels. They either get stock or do not get stock. Sometimes I have heard it referred to as SSL3 (you get stock) and SSL5 (you don't get stock).

When u got your pay letter, in the stock section will be your stock level. Supposedly safe is stock level 1-3, layoff for stock level 4,5.
