Qualcomm is still the record holder for this. Both Qualcomm and Apple are Asian-Style sweatshops. Two engineers jumped from Qualcomm buildings in San Diego in 2010 and 2012. You can Find the first one on the Internet but HR kept the second incident away from media attention.

Was the women with the head injury his manager?

That is what is in everyone's mind. It is time media publishes the facts without hiding anything. We in tech expose the negatives of working in tech, the stress, politics, the absence of policies that will guide fair practices, etc etc. Root cause of politics in tech is always the lack of fair and unbiased policies and protocols.

The Print Media is very dependent on the (fake) Job Advts from these tech companies. Fake - most are for Labor Clearance requirements of pre-hired employees. So the Media will go light and Easy and will never publish any in depth investigation on what really has happened.

In these times of declining newspaper revenues, Newspapers will not antagonize their advertisers.

Intel has had suicides in their buildings as well and the media is very hush-hush.

They don't want bad media.

Sorry for your loss.
