no one is safe, being on vacation, leave, sabbatical etc doesn't make you exempt.

If u are getting erp/VSP, the email will be waiting for you.
If u r getting isp, you will likely have it first 1-2 days back as a 2:1 needs to be scheduled with minimal notice
