Can someone please tell me what the layoff/separation requirements are? How do we know if we qualify? I keep seeing contradicting info.

Today in a BUM like meeting, the group GM said that BK instructed them not to disclose the criteria for ISP/ VSP categories. Presumably, he does not want to be held accountable to his words when he lays off next year.
So unless people can post their experiences in a site like this, truth will never by told by the management.

What is the scenario in which someone is impacted by bullet2 BUT not bullet3?
This confused me before when I 1st saw it...since it seems that bullet3 is a superset of bullet2.
