focal2016 was for the 2015 calendar year.
So if you had 2016 focal(what you got in the last few weeks) S and SSL3, yes you are not ISP.

No one is "safe". With 22 years, tech level 57, successful always, and SSL 3's consistently, I got a VSP offer yesterday morning. Only one other tech on my shift got the VSP "offer" as well. I'm reading this as a JUST GO AWAY hint.
