The facts about how MRO treats its employees is already common knowledge among recruiters and contract agencies. Neither will send their best candidates to interview as they know these people will cut and run in less than 3 months. Only hope MRO has of finding warm bodies now is either new college graduates that do not know what end of a pen to write with or hiring H1B visas from India.
