10 days I have received nothing. HR Connect is absolutely no help

And we have to have it back on Monday !
I was told by what little help I could get from HR connect that it was sent out on the day your WARN period came to a end. Granted the help you get is very little and get a different answer from everyone you talk to so take it as it is.
I haven't received anything ::/
Post office I got mine on Wednesday
