Does anyone have the list of Everest schools that are supposed to close/merge in 2016? Is it 8 or 10? What schools will be left open by the end of 2016?

Where in the world did you come up with 26 schools? Maybe you are from Mars.
One thing for sure if the school doesn't make a profit or can't pay the bills they will be closed.
There will be 26 schools closed. The GOP convention will select Dave Hawn as it's candidate to beat Hillary. Tampa and Blairsville will definitely be closed. Venus will intersect with Mars and Obama will become the U.N. Chairman and rule the world and we will finally have peace on the Earth.
In before anyone says no schools will be open. Then someone will say that the DoE and ECMC (Zenith) are working together so it doesn't fail. Other will say Hawn will be fired long before then.
10 campuses are closing. The list is on the website. There's a very high possibility that more school teach outs and mergers will be announced this summer. There are 10 more campuses that are still under evaluation and were given until June to show a turn around.
