The vast majority of long distance running world records are held by people of East African origin. Wouldn't it be more diverse to give some records to whites or asians?

In the USA, the vast majority of NBA players are of African heritage. Wouldn't it be more diverse to have the NBA team be 20% white, 20% Indian, 20% Asian, 20 % Black, and 20% Inuit? Where is the cry for diversity in sports?

If you want Americans in these jobs, then send them to college. I was so amazed (partly because it was my first class of first course in my grad school) when there were 5 white and 1 black student in a computer architecture class of 120 students. Some time during recession, we were asked to hire interns and full time people who are either permanent residents or citizens..guess what we couldn't fill all the positions. We didn't fill an intern position at all.

It's easy to say I got fired for being male and white. It's a cop-out. Try upping your skills!! Many of the people complaining about Indians don't have PhDs from top universities but they focus on the skin color and not the level of education.
