From what things are looking like -- they're mostly closing the smaller offices (less than 500) -- either at the end of this year or the end of next year.
Some will be able to work from home offices -- some will be offered reloc to larger sites.
These closures are a really terrible decision -- most people aren't going to be willing to reloc, and anyone agreeing to work remotely will probably just be looking to get out at the first opportunity that presents itself. These smaller offices were really key focal points of talent for some crucial projects -- customer's aren't going to be happy when it's 2017/8 and the quality of everything falls to hell.
