haha... I worked at BRCM in the early and mid days. And no way, in hell, would Henry Nicholas ever, ever, sell to Intel at ANY price. He despised Intel arrogance and market bullying techniques to the nth degree, presaging pretty much the current nosedive that Intel is in.
