Lol I work in the call center. The supervisors aren't the problem. It's some of the agents. Or if you're just straight up crazy and escalating all the time we know that too. And they are outsourcing starting around the holidays. But they're not closing or laying off anyone in either of the current call centers. They're just using the outsourcing as overflow since last year we had our asses handed to us from Thanksgiving until New Years.
