My opinion is not required to be factual. If it is my opinion that Joe is a fool, I can legally say such. You are just trying to scare people--maybe someone called you out?
It is simple. If you post, post only the truth that you can back up. If you post information that is untrue or slandering then yes, you should be worried. Best not to mention names, unless you have absolute proof what you are stating in the truth. Otherwise, leave people names off the site. We all know the bad ones, they will get theirs in the end, eventually the law catches up to fix things, it just takes a while. Also, some are not as bad as you want to believe, they are just trying to make a living.
It is my opinion that I can publish my opinion freely.

Typical liberal, you can say anything as long as I agree with you. If I don't like what you say I'll be offended and feel threatened. The first amendment is for everyone not just the bleeding heart liberals.

Again, for those that post negative comments about others, I feel for you. I understand that you feel betrayed and screwed over. However, keep in mind that you are placing your anger in the wrong place. Call the person and speak to them or write them an email outling you issues. Either way, trying to defame their character on this site will resolve nothing.
