Amazing, get rid of your operational knowledge. Promote without knowing your talent or interest in the new position and possess no training or onboarding plan for new roles. What is there to worry about? Sounds like a sound plan to me. Not one person left in upper management that has ever run a campus or understands our students. A gaggle of white folks trying to connect in urban environments.

Why does everything have to be about race? These corporate people are a bunch of a--holes for sure. I wish that they would go to prison. But most of the students that I taught and helped to put in jobs could not make it in community college. Hopefully the other tech schools can handle all of their new enrollments, because people are still going to look for that kind of school to go to. Urban or not.
There is a plan. None of these people are stupid..they plan to close all Everest Schools.
