M.O. how about those strong outcomes at old Ivy Tech? 5% of fulltime students graduate in 2 years. 30% earn a certificate or diploma in 6 years. Those stellar numbers get you shut down in this industry. What was that I read about the state holding up funding over graduation and enrollment concerns? Enrollment declines of 30% and complaints about quality. $67m dollar funding gap due to improper fiscal management. All of these issues under your watch as provost. You may want to check your ego. Operational execution is not your fortay.

Dr. O'sh-- is a bully and a pompous sycophant. She can't read a P /L , well it's just a L anyway, for those keeping score at home. She has no idea of the regulatory environment, nor knowledge of the accreditors. Fear not, Tom from CEC is in the bullpen and will be the Johnny Football of ZEG. So in summary, we have a comedy college tyrant and one who was voted off CEC Island steering the car. Even the boys from collision and refinishing won't be able to fix this mangled heap of metal.
MO speaks to the fact that she cant read a P nor does she understand why she is given a budget. Zenith is not a community college kiddo. The state does not fund your endeavors. Hence, why you have a budget.
Mary O and Sarah S Chief HR lady are driving this BS And have Hawn by the nads. They really have no ops experience and making strategic moves that are unproven . Interesting stats on the Provosts' prior job. I think they just looked at student population when they hired her not outcomes. I do miss the days of the leadership knowing what they're doing. Right or wrong, they knew schools. Sad to see the end of something we worked so hard to build. There's not enough leads to sustain these schools. Glad to be out.
If MO is successful in her attempt to bring the community college model to our schools, it will be outcomes that shuts the rest of us down.
I would have to agree with the OP on this one. I believe MO lives in the glass house. Humility goes a long way and MO does not show any.
