DH you should have had a call, but that takes courage. The email indicates a mental mind set of removing oneself from ownership or responsibility. Meaning, you already know where this headed. Also, the AP investigates the schools, slams you for keeping high paid executives and what do you do; decimate the schools. Great leadership move.
