Thread regarding Zenith Education Group layoffs

Too late?

ECMC

ZEG President

3 Regional Managers (East, West and Central)

Campus DOE

Instructors

2 Financial Aid Reps

3 Admission Reps

4 Student Services/Placement Reps

CS Call Center Support (Tampa) to support financial aid and admissions.

All CP, DV, RVP, etc was to have been eliminated by last summer. With the exception of two former executives, all the rest should never been allowed to stay; And those executives were supposedly contracted for 3 months, to provide continuity of change.

I was on the Vocational Trades Team, along with a few others from my firm. There was another group that handled other facets of your company, including EU/EO.

I am going off memory, since I no longer have flowcharts or notes readily available.

The above schematic is what should have been, with exceptions to campus size affecting staff levels.

The above model, as you may know, was based on Remington schools.

Apparently, ECMC really didn't take our recommendations to seriously, until now.

Good luck

Yje: would it have been any worse than it is? Zenith would be happy to be barely making payroll instead of losing hundreds of millions.

Based of Remington model. Remington can barley make payroll. Great idea.
