Thread regarding Zenith Education Group layoffs

Here is the future.

If you just follow the trend, here is what will happen over the next year. In 3 to 4 months another round of consolidations. Texas will go to 2 schools and the remainder closed -- teach out. Columbus, Springfield, Tigard, Plainfield, Woodbridge, Largo and Everett are on the clock. Student population will dictate future, but does not look good. Not your fault. Wyos will be sold or slowly reduced to one. There is no longer an intetest in these schools. Remote locations, tarnished brand, not enough time to course correct. The end in mind will be to have approx 7 to 9 schools. Those with the executive director.

Lease or no lease for Largo-doesn't matter. There are leases active for many of the teach-out schools that are enforce for 3+ years.

Largo is only holding on by a thread cause they are still tied into the lease for the Winn Dixie they had renovated a few years back...that lease is coming due so you are next to go!
