How are campuses going to maintain accreditation without the ability to demonstrate "administrative capability"?

Administrative capability and Everest in the same sentence.....isn't that an oxymoron
The "administrative capability" concern is mainly for financial aid, Title IV.
This all had to be approved by the DOE and the ACCSC before implementation. This has been in the works for a few months.
All schools are moving to ACCSC so could only assume they ran this past them before executing. But, they've missed the mark in the recent past in regards to looping in accrediting agencies.
