several went today in the American offices and there will be more to come
the business is going to get rid of all of there front line reps and have juniors from manila and poland to the support with just a handful of experienced staff holding the technical fort
the customers are really gonna suffer and i hope they vote with there feet and dont renew there support contract as they wont be getting the support they need
LHJ and his leadership team have no idea of what our customers want nor do they care, cut the overhead costs of running the business, make it look good, up the shares then sell the place off and then another team come in and have to pick up the peices, but i dont know if they will recover from this open destruction
its a shame, a real shame and no one is doing anything about this ego monster of a leader
