CS Call Center was supposed to be equipped to handle admissions and financial aid support, business wide. There was not supposed to be CP and Directors past 2 qtr 2015(I believe Everests' 4qtr). The executives from the former Corinthians should never had been retained. If I remember correctly, I think 2 Corinthian holdovers were to left for continuity, until the end of June. The DP, CP, RVP etc was to have been abrogated, leaving a new leaner and flexible company, similar to Remington.
These were the recommendations of the firm that I am employed with, gave to ECMC. There was another work team that handled the EU/EO component of ZEG.
I can only wonder, what if ZEG followed our recommendations earlier, to delayer and flush the former executives; you all wouldn't be in peril of your jobs. Good luck
