What are "ARs, DMs, CAPs, WCTs, RONAs, KKR, puke VP, Gavlik, IDT, caps, Bag's mother, RIFs, GINA, Todd, ADAs, and NAU?"
As ex-faculty from Ai, I follow these posts religiously, but I can't understand any of them!

DM = discussion memo, or the first step toward getting rid of you (note: NOT firing you)
CAP - corrective action plan - aka the 'buyout' they give you 30 days to get your sh*t together or they then either extend it or fire you. they give you a months pay and let you collect unemployment in exchange for signing a nondisclosure agreement not to trash the company. this is in an effort not to fire people for performance and save face since most of the 20 somethings that work in admission at EDMC see this as a blessing
WCT - warm call transfer or an incoming call from a 'warm' student
RONA - roll over not available, what happens when you miss a warm call transfer it gets sent to the next person on the list. if you get too many ronas you won't get any more warm calls which are about the only real way to get a new student aside from being a manager's pet and being handed ghost apps
That should give you some insight into the world of admissions at OHE (online higher education)
Lol bags mother. Bags is a cool guy. Don't know what he did to someone to be hated so much on here
You don't need to worry. Those are mostly terms used in trivial posts.
Here are the ones I know -
AR - admissions representatives, used by Argosy and maybe some other brands.
KKR - Kohlberg Kravis Roberts, who's replaced Goldman Sachs as primary owners of EDMC. Worth checking out on Wikipedia.
ADAs - assistant directors of admission. Glorified term for admissions rep, used by Ai.
RIFs - reduction in force. AKA layoffs.
The rest is just trivial gossip - entertaining enough but not from people who know anything about what's coming; I'm guessing frustrated people working in admissions at Argosy who are mad about silly corporate lackeys doing what corporate lackeys usually do.
