If you people had a clue, decisions for people to be let go and whom specifically are made well above the campus level.
The campuses do not have any say on who stays or goes. It's a liability for the campus, hence the reason HR and the RVPO level and above make those decisions.
If there have been meetings at the local campus level, they have not been about RIF's. Furthermore, decisions about closures and consolidations are not announced until that morning even to the campus president. You may speculate all you like, but those are the facts.
