any layoffs this week in bps?
Legacy physicians billing services lost several long time employees. With them went a great deal of product and healthcare knowledge. Current upper management operates like a used car lot. No honesty, just plenty of rah rah rhetoric. Don't get complacent. It's only a matter of time before your job is off shored.
We never get clarity, all we ever get is "I can't say at this moment". This affects my job and my family, heck yeah I have a right to know, and yes you can tell me! Too many secrets and hushy hushy business going on.
Would be nice if the company was being honest and straightforward with employees. We need clarity.
All of them...from VP's to hourly workers. Its like a crap shoot out there.
Just know that if you got missed this time; chances are its going to happen eventually--probably when you least expect it and can do anything about (when you get old). Get out while you can.
Not sure which products affected, but a manager stated layoffs will continue through end of month. If your group has yet to participate in a all hands conference call, then expect you're either in the queue or skipped.
Does anyone know what offices/products are affected?
