Freshers beware your long term career is in danger

Fresher who are working in managed services testing especially will find themselves worth less in job market in 3-5 years time as they will be replaced by fresher and labelled as non performance and non technical.

over work and weekend working and no training will result in current freshers forced to restart careers after 5 years

weekend working is deliberately imposed so that freshers cant learn anything out side organization

Coz they charge much higher to AMEX than ur Salary. They will get those $ back in ur 2/3 weeks of billing to AMEX. But if ur project is closed - which wud be case of most of AMEX projects - u will be asked to moved to other location or say bye - bye .. at that time relocation charges wud be reduced with HR and finance teams finding problem in ur charges ..

I haven't had to work weekends yet in Arizona. i Joined in November 2015 and they paid for my moving expenses from another state about 1,000 miles away. I am working at AMEX. My co workers are nice. They told me after 2 years I should leave the company. I have only been there 4 months so I figure I am safe as I haven't been there a year or 2 years yet. I am a QA so I am safe I hope. Why would they pay to relocate you just to let you go?
