Heard from a source that SLB trying to sell off the V&M division of Cameron? Anyone heard of it?

Measurement definitely getting Sold. SLB cant hold this vertical. Moreover they can make more money selling this div rather than holding on to it, Due to lack of vision CAM failed in this div and SLB can make disaster if they try to handle measurement if adopt "Service Company" concept.

Makes sense that V&M will be spun off as they are too downstream for SLB to want to hold on to. Upstream is where SLB is at.

A weak presence in automation. Lack of desire for change, improvement led to the sad state of affairs at V&M
V&M has been on the market for many months, part of the reason epv and distributed were re-packaged back in late 2014 with a slash and burn guy put at the top. Entire Division has been marketed in full and with measurement broken out. Have not heard much lately but no takers to date

Any word on plans for CPS in Process Systems? That project team is a joke especially the PCs that sit around doing nothing and their manager does nothing about it
