Do they lay off freshers who have just started with the company in November 2015? I work in a Arizona Syntel l should I be worried about my job?

U must be with AMEX account. Get out from there - AMEX account is shrinking at a pace faster than anything else.. U will get laid off first as u r hired here and not on deputation from India... If u r on deputation from India - u wud be sent back in day's notice and then u will be at mercy of India Politics ..
experienced are being replaced by freshers as company is not getting high end work that requires exp.
as fresher u need worry too as todays fresher is tomorrow's experienced and what this shows is that the company knows well that the experience gained 'by working here is worthless .
cos that invest in people development dont dump them in undignified way . so find ur self a better place to work
