Full disclosure...I am, or was one of the koolaid drinking, ex employees for the company, who had faith and hoped everything would be okay. I was wrong. I don't know specifics, but it's my understanding that there will be significant campus closures, along with RIFs. It seems Zenith has chosen a new direction, to which they are entitled. There is still a need for the type of education career schools provide, and for the sake of the students, I hope they get it right. No regrets. Had a good run. Helped a lot of people change their lives, who would have otherwise not been able to. Vios con dios.

Give up. They put the worst possible in charge. It's like politics, just find a dumbass to think they can boss people around. Hell why not take a student and make them an instructor? Wait the my already did that too.
They won't teach out all schools, they need to milk more FA money out to appease their agreement with DOE -Arny D agreement. They will get down to probably 15 schools and more layoffs in the campus, soon. I'm not sure how they're going to afford the new executives teams $2xx,xxx salaries though. That's over 20 students per year just to afford your new Provost salary. They'll take it out of your sweat and tears and your commitment to the product and students. Read the recent article by the AP, it is very telling and very accurate! Stick it out if you want, 'we' give them at maximum 5 years before they have appeased the DOE in order to get more FA collections contracts. That's where they make money - not off Zenith! They do not have a sustainable business model. Any money that they have is from ECMC grants. Basically, they are borrowing from their "rich uncle" to pay the bills and I'm sure it won't be allowed to go on much longer. Those on the campuses do excellent work! You should be proud of yourself. But just know, you have no corporate leadership that knows what you do each and every day in the trenches. So don't set your bar too high for the future. Tighten those spincters, it's going to be a bumpy ride!
It is their right to change the direction, and I hope that they get it right. But there is just no vision, only constant change. 1 year into this and nothing is different other then employee refuctions.
Not smart enough to go to teach out. They will keep consolidating to increase pop. Then they will close others. Maybe keep 10 of the campuses open. Will take one year.
I think they will fire all the assistant deans, and retain just enough adjuncts and professors to complete the teach outs. The plan has been sped up with the recent revelations.
