Thank GOD I'm done with NOV! Thank you NOV for the nice severance! I'm so happy I don't have to look at my bosses' faces ever again! It was fun while it lasted, now good riddance!

They are still processing the mass layoff. They are calling it the early release. Once the process the remaining of the 230 employees effected. They are not allowed to lay off for a certain amount of time by state law. I heard from a HR rep that there will be another mass layoff coming soon. It's only the beginning a lot more to come. They are not cashing you out with the remaining pay of the 60 day notice. They will continue pay you as normal on company patrolling till 4/30/16. You will be receiving a direct deposit as normal every 2 weeks and on your last check you will receive all your earned vacation hours. But once you sign the servants agreement which is given to you the day your processed. From the day you sign the agreement 10 business day later you will receive the servants check direct deposit.
